Youngcare’s Grants are changing lives

Youngcare Grants fund items that can’t and won’t be funded elsewhere, delivering life changing support to young people with complex and permanent physical disabilities.    

Youngcare Grants are designed to help young people with disabilities stay at home with loved ones (At Home Care Grant), or move out of inappropriate housing, such as aged care, hospital or rehabilitation centres into a new home (Moving Home Grant).
With the financial support of our generous donors, we fund items such as wheelchairs, vehicle modifications and partner beds to ensure recipients can continue to live life on their own terms.
