It is with regret that Youngcare have made the precautionary step to postpone The Bolt 2020 due to the possible health risk of COVID-19.
The health and safety of our supporters and cohort are our biggest priority; we have been closely monitoring the situation and made this decision in the best interest of our community.
The Youngcare team are thoroughly disappointed with the necessary outcome, and extremely grateful to our supporters for their enthusiasm and commitment to The Bolt. We know the amount of time, effort and resources that have gone into this event, your support has simply been overwhelming.
Youngcare will be working with the various stakeholders involved in putting this event together to provide you with a revised date as soon as possible.
To our incredible volunteers who put up their hand to assist us, thank you for your ongoing commitment to our cause – we hope to see you at another event in the near future!
In the meantime, please thank your generous loved ones for donating, and assure them that the money raised is still going towards creating choice, independence and dignity for young Australians with high care needs. If you purchased merchandise, rest assured that it will be kept safe here with us at HQ until we have a revised date!
