Since 2014, with the amazing support of our foundation partner Suncorp, Youngcare has given out more than $825,000 in funding through our Home Soon Grants for hoists, hi-lo beds, moving truck fees, support staff, medical equipment, washing machines and so much more.
This has helped to move 49 young people from 18 to 62 into age-appropriate housing from aged care, rehab or hospital into more suitable housing.
