The Department of Housing and Public Works has released a discussion paper on the Queensland Government’s 10 year strategy to help build better housing futures for people in Queensland and is inviting the people of Queensland to have input into this consultation process.
Youngcare sees this as an opportunity to provide constructive feedback on how we would like to see the housing landscape develop over the coming years.
Youngcare is committed to building solutions for accessible housing options that are replicable and sustainable and will continue to work with all levels of government to find ways to build more housing for young people with high care needs that is age appropriate and dignified.
