Youngcare Benefit Concert 2015 highlights
Music has been a massive part of Youngcare’s DNA since the beginning, and our 2015 Benefit Concert celebrating 10 years of supporting young Australians with high care needs was no exception!
It was a truly amazing night under the beautiful dome of Brisbane City Hall, full of music, dancing and laughter!
There were many highlights from the milestone evening — Bernard Fanning performing his iconic tunes, Julian Morrow’s sharp wit, #1 Dads accompanied by songstresses Airling and Ainslie Wills, Brisbane band Mosman Alder, comic Joel Salom or surprise guest Robert Forster of The Go-Betweens fame, we captured it all on camera – so check out our Facebook page now to see if you can spot you and your friends in the crowd!
We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to curator Bernard Fanning and all of the artists who dedicated their time, talent and effort, our Foundation Partner Suncorp Insurance for proudly supporting the concert; and all our event sponsors for bringing Saturday night to life!
In celebrating our 10th birthday, we reflected on the past ten years helping young Aussies with high care needs and looked forward to how we can ensure no young Aussies has to call aged care home. We can only continue thanks to your selfless generosity, so CLICK HERE to have a look at the journey we have shared together.
