Brisbane’s top corporates kicking goals for good!
Sixteen of Brisbane’s top corporate rugby teams took to the field in August for the annual Corporate Rugby Tens to raise funds for young Aussies with high care needs.
Rugby Tens founder, John Slater, joked that the event was a chance for some rugby “has-beens” to pull on the corporate colours and fight it out for the title.
The day provided plenty of good humoured competition, food and entertainment for all, and a fantastic amount for Youngcare.
“We are enormously thankful to all of the businesses and business people who gave their time and rugby prowess to this event”, said Samantha Kennerley, Youngcare’s CEO.
